Flat-rate shipping, always
Every order ships for a flat $8.95 within the United States, no matter how much you order. We don't ship outside the U.S. right now.

Processing time
We pack and ship orders from our Lubbock store within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). As soon as your order is on its way, you'll get an email with your tracking number.

Free local pickup
Choose "Pick up" at checkout and your order will be ready within 24 hours at Bliss Baby, 3806 50th Street, Suite 114, Lubbock, TX 79413. Curbside is available Monday–Friday 11–5 and Saturday 12–4: call or text 806-500-8877 when you arrive, or come on in and see what's new!

Gift cards
E-gift cards are delivered by email, so there's nothing to ship.

Address changes and undeliverable packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back to us as undeliverable (wrong address, unclaimed, or refused), reshipping charges may apply.
