Return Policy

 RETURN POLICY

At Bliss Baby we understand that it may not be easy deciding on the right size. Rest assured that our return policy is simple and clear.

• You have 15 days from date of receipt to return your merchandise for a different size or store credit. The item must have all of its original tags attached and it MUST be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which can be requested here. All return items go through a thorough inspection for worn items, scent, perfumes etc. Please make sure the items are in their original new and unworn condition and that you have the complete original packaging.

• Exempt items include: Clearance/Sale items, Swim. These items are considered final sale.

• Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We do recommend that you request a tracking number.

• No refunds issued unless authorized.

• If a package is returned to us for no reason (unclaimed, refused, wrong address), the order would be subject to reshipping charge and/or restocking fee.

• All returned merchandise must include an RMA print out which can be created from your account page or by going to https://loveblissbaby.com/pages/return-merchandise-authorization-form.

•Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend you ship your return to us using a shipping method that is trackable and/or insurable, as we cannot provide proper credit or exchange for items that are lost in the mail.

• Please note returns and exchanges are typically processed within 1-2 days of the date we receive them, and you will receive an email notification informing you of the status of your return or exchange. Bliss Baby will ship your newly exchanged item free of charge.
